Forty kids perform circus acts inspired by Hollywood, under the direction of Gregory May.? 7 p.m. at the Greenbelt Community Center. Tickets, already close to selling out, are $5 and can be purchased over the phone with a credit card at (301) 397-2208 or at the door with cash, check, or credit card, if the show is not sold out.? The year is 1969, baby, and the Sock Puppet Guerilla Theater is working to win hearts and minds and end the Vietnam War with their staging of a swinging sex comedy, Aristophanes? masterpiece, Lysistrata. This summer, trip and groove with us back to an age of free love, man, an Age of Aquarius in which world peace didn?t feel so impossible.
